Programat® EP 3010
The Programat EP 3010 is a compact combi oven newest ProgramatGeneration which can be used as a press and as a kiln. It stands for efficiency and quality pressing and firing results and is optimized for Ivoclar Vivadent pressed ceramics, such as IPS e.max Press.
The operation has become even easier in comparison to its predecessor EP 3000th Made possible by the new color touch screen in combination with modern icons and intuitive menu navigation and proven membrane keypad.
The new QTK2Heizmuffel in conjunction with the SiCBodenreflektor ensures a very homogeneous heat distribution in the combustion chamber. The press mold is heated through better and more evenly. Difficult Press objects with, for example very thin edge regions can be pressed easily and in an even higher quality.
The electronic press drive with power sensor enables precise control of the press ram in the micrometer range. The integrated Crack Detection System (CDS) immediately interrupts the press process if a muffle crack should occur. This restorations are optimally protected.
