The Programat EP 5010 is the Premium combi oven newest ProgramatGeneration which can be used as a press and as a kiln. In it, high technology and design come together in a very innovative, efficient and user-friendly furnace.
The Programat EP 5010 has a built in thermal imager. The ProgramatInfrarot technology measures the temperature precisely to the surface of the internal objects or the press muffle. Through the temperature control of the preheated muffle preheating and pressing furnace can be ideally coordinated. Is the press muffle insufficiently preheated, is an automatic warning. If the device is used as a kiln, the camera automatically controls the closing and predrying. The infrared technology therefore opens up many new opportunities that increase the comfort, process reliability and efficiency.
The intuitive use of the Programat EP 5010 using the large 7 inch color touch screen and the proven membrane keypad. Besides numerous Ivoclar Vivadent programs which are specifically designed for materials such as IPS e.max Press, there are 500 individual firing and 20 individual press programs.
The new QTK2Heizmuffel in conjunction with the SiCBodenreflektor ensures a very homogeneous heat distribution in the combustion chamber. The press mold is heated through better and more evenly. Difficult Press objects with, for example very thin edge regions can be pressed easily and in an even higher quality.
The electronic press drive with power sensor enables precise control of the press ram in the micrometer range. The integrated Crack Detection System (CDS) immediately interrupts the press process if a muffle crack should occur. This restorations are optimally protected.
